Client Care Statement

Our mission is to achieve excellence in the provision of legal advice. To help achieve this we operate a 10 Point Client Care Plan

  1. All of our solicitors and support staff are highly qualified and experienced professionals, competent in their field, who are committed to ongoing staff training and development to ensure our clients receive an outstanding level of service and client care.
  2. We are located in purpose built offices with wheelchair access and conference facilities, client parking and easy access to public transport (bus numbers 14, 16, 17, 75).
  3. To ensure a faster resolution of any problem we have a policy of same day responses to client calls and emails, where possible, and if not possible that day, it is our policy to respond within 24 hours.
  4. We also have a policy of a turnaround time for correspondence of 7 working days and to provide regular updates to clients. Client files are given time and attention and it is also our policy to copy clients on all relevant correspondence and to engage with our clients to share information in a user friendly way.
  5. It is our policy that clients are not kept waiting longer than 5 minutes at their appointment time for meetings.
  6. We take detailed initial instructions from our clients with a view to understanding their particular needs and concerns and to respect and listen to our clients’ point of view. We believe it is important to set realistic expectations for our clients and to do our best to manage these expectations.
  7. We appoint a dedicated solicitor to each file with a regular internal file review system to ensure that each file is progressed in a manner consistent with the best interests of our clients. This trust based relationship assists as a quality guarantee.
  8. We encourage feedback. We send client questionnaires to clients when a file has been completed.
  9. For the convenience of our clients payment of fees can be made by Visa / Laser over the telephone.
  10. In the event that a client has not been satisfied with the service provided we have a complaints policy which will ensure that the client is contacted within 7 days of receipt of a complaint to try and resolve the problem.
